Located near a metro station and the main Toledo shopping street, the hotel is conveniently situated next to a variety of good restaurants. Despite being downtown, it is close to everything, including all the eating places. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful, providing exceptional service. The breakfast offers a variety of options and is a great way to start the day. the hotel provides free internet in the reception area.
Some rooms may have outdated bathrooms with older designs and issues with water flooding.

The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and the harbor for day trips. The room was spacious, clean, and had one of the best showers I've ever experienced in a hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to provide helpful recommendations. The small bottle of prosecco and treats left in the room for my husband's birthday was a good surprise. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and excellent experience overall.

The hotel had a great location, being very close to the subway station and next to good restaurants. The staff were helpful and ready to share knowledge of the area. The breakfast was tasty with both hot and cold choices. The room was very clean and had good facilities.
